We had a fun Halloween. We carved pumpkins the night before and watched Scared Shrekless and Charlie Brown and the Great Pumpkin. Addi was a little hesitant to put her hands in the pumpkin and pull out the guts and for the first time Jackson was excited to carve his own pumpkin and pull out the innards. Living in Utah County we are one of the rare Utah fans so Brad wanted to make sure everyone knew how excited we are about their move to the Pac-12. For trick-or-treat night Joe and Patti came down and we had taco soup and corn bread and later made wassail. We watched the Utes play Air Force and passed out candy and we took turns taking the kids trick-or-treating. We had a great Halloween and the kids looked pretty darn cute in their costumes.

We had family pictures done a little over a week ago. About a year ago we saw some pictures that were taken down at the old Provo Mental Hospital and ever since I have wanted our family pictures taken there. When we would tell people where we were having them taken a lot of them would just laugh and what's even funnier is that I tell my kids that "they are going to send me to provo!" Anyway, here is the link to the photographer's blog that has a few pictures... http://claytonhansenphotography.blogspot.com/
